◆About Import Fees When Shipping with UPS
When your order is shipped via UPS, please note that import fees may apply upon delivery.
Import duties:
Most products are subject to approximately 15% import duties imposed by U.S. Customs.
This rate is determined by the U.S. government and varies depending on product type and value.
UPS brokerage fees:
In addition to import duties, UPS charges its own customs brokerage fees for handling import clearance.
These fees are set by UPS and we are unable to provide an exact amount in advance.
Based on our past experience, they are usually around $14–$40.
Saving on the $12 ICOD fee:
One portion of the brokerage fee, the ICOD (International Collect on Delivery) fee of $12, can be avoided by paying import charges online in advance.
To do so, simply go to your UPS tracking page and click “Pay Now” to settle duties and taxes before delivery.
This will help ensure a smoother and faster delivery process.
