Shipping policy

We take every order seriously and handle all products with care.
All shipments are dispatched from Japan via airmail or international couriers such as FedEx or DHL.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.
During peak seasons (e.g., year-end holidays), additional processing time may be required.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase, as once processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, order value, and shipping method.
The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

We ship all international orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are calculated and collected at the time of checkout. In most cases, the price you pay at checkout is final, and no additional payments will be required upon arrival. By collecting these fees upfront, we manage the customs clearance process on your behalf to ensure a hassle-free delivery.

Note: In rare instances, local authorities or carriers may apply minor administrative or inspection fees. If you receive an unexpected charge for your delivery, please contact our support team with a copy of your receipt.

For U.S. Customers

To simplify your shopping experience, all mandatory customs duties and fees are now included in your checkout total. While U.S. import regulations are subject to change, our DDP system is designed to handle these requirements upfront so you can enjoy your shopping without surprise bills.

For Australian Customers

Orders valued under AUD 1,000 are considered low-value imports. Since July 1, 2018, GST may apply to all imported goods, regardless of order value.

Orders over CAD 20 are subject to applicable duties and GST.

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or extended absence, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Refunds for Cancellations:

In such cases, refunds will be issued minus actual shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, return shipping fees, and any related handling charges*.
*Please note: payment processing fees (such as those charged by Shopify or PayPal) are collected at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
