Refund policy

We carefully inspect all products prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, we will gladly accept a return.
Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligibility for Returns

Only defective products or incorrect shipments are eligible for return.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and free of stains or marks.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been used.

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or color preference) are not accepted.

Please note that products assessed by us and deemed not defective may not qualify for return, even if requested.

Return Period

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to request a return.

Once your return request has been approved, products must be received by us within 30 days. Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect products, all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be covered by our store.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method through Shopify, once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

If this is not possible, we may arrange an alternative refund method.

Please note: duties, sales taxes, or related fees paid at the time of import are non-refundable.

Important Notes for Returns

・Whenever possible, please return the product in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, or pouches if applicable.

・Returns may not be accepted if the product shows significant damage, tears, stains, or deterioration beyond its original condition.

・Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

・Sale and discounted products may not be eligible for return
