A great addition to my kitchen! I ordered the medium and large plates and have been enjoying them for slicing up and serving snacks. My family also enjoys the ease of use, not needing to transfer food to serve it.
I've used big and small knifes. At one point, I thought I had sliced into the plate, but it blended in well, still smooth to the eye and touch.
The cutting area is comprible to my existing cutting boards. An 8" cake perfectly fits on the medium, with icing at the edge. I'd recommend the large if deciding between the two.
